Essential Functions
- Develops and executes effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, including passive candidates, for a variety of shared services positions.
- Builds strong relationships with hiring managers, providing consultation and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Establishes rapport with internal and external candidates to foster trust and engagement.
- Creates and manages requisitions for open positions, ensuring timely approvals and tracking progress throughout the hiring process.
- Posts and refreshes job advertisements on various platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and the organization’s career site, and identifies new marketing opportunities to enhance visibility.
- Screens applicants, conducts in-depth interviews via phone, video, and in-person, and evaluates candidates’ qualifications to determine fit for roles.
- Coordinates interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring seamless communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiates job offers with selected candidates to achieve successful outcomes, balancing organizational and candidate needs.
- Provides onboarding support by ensuring timely completion of pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screening, and documentation for orientation deadlines.
- Communicates benefits, job expectations, and other relevant information to candidates prior to their start date.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date candidate data in applicant tracking systems and builds talent pipelines for frequently hired positions.
- Delivers rejection communications with professionalism and a customer-service approach, fostering long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
- Collaborates with hiring managers and leadership during strategy meetings to clarify expectations, align on processes, and provide regular status updates.
- Advises hiring managers on selection decisions based on candidate feedback, assessments, and references.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
- H.S. Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 2-4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
- Experience in healthcare or corporate recruitment preferred
- Expertise in sourcing and recruiting, including passive candidate engagement and relationship building.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with hiring managers, candidates, and leadership.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws, hiring practices, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills to achieve successful hiring outcomes.
- Commitment to providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
