ROLE SUMMARY
This Leadership Office role Owns the CEO's operating layer with key scaling functions such as Startup Growth and GIPP. It translates the organisation priorities (V1, V2, G1, G2, G3) to action items revolving around upcoming initiatives where there is direct oversight of the CEO and his partnership with other functional leaders. Some examples below but not limited to:
Sourcing startups, engaging VC+LP networks and similar activities closely related to Crest.
Creating and managing tracks for CEO led partnerships, GIPP leads, leadership representation in external engagements, internal operations and delivery of priority programs that may not fit into existing revenue pipelines
Working on matters involving key stakeholders such as the Government, the Board, CEO’s advisors and their related institutions
Internal and External Talent related initiatives such as working on fellowship programmes, employee engagement initiatives, interacting with top Indian and global schools, for a constant flow of high aspiration and high capability resources for both our startups and T-Hub alike.
What You'll Do
Creating and shipping things — reports, decks, briefs, concept notes, data, etc
Prioritisation and (end-to-end) execution across multiple initiatives, and partners.
Make introductions and drive engagement with VCs, Startups, Funds and other relevant stakeholders internally as well externally.
Constantly multi task between several workstreams and functions

You won't be able to describe this “role” easily and your day to day work to your friends or family or to yourself using colloquial terms like - sales, strategy, operations etc. You have to take a leap of faith with everything that comes your way everyday and roll up your sleeves to do them all.
None of it will make sense. Until it does - a few years from now, when you look back at your early career and understand the escape velocity this role gave you for your learning and your professional orbits.
