In Kavi’s own words:
Apply for this if you are - Comfortable with chaos yet love to be organised. Feel ever-hungry to learn without thinking twice about what the work is and how it will add up. And are always ever-curious to ask questions about everything but haven’t done so enough.
Do not apply for this role if you - would rather not have independent accountability, ownership and responsibility in your when you show up everyday to work.
You won't be able to describe this “role” easily and your day to day work to your friends or family or to yourself using colloquial terms like - sales, strategy, operations etc. You have to take a leap of faith with everything that comes your way everyday and roll up your sleeves to do them all.
None of it will make sense. Until it does - a few years from now, when you look back at your early career and understand the escape velocity this role gave you for your learning and your professional orbits.
