Pay : $71,720 / year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

The Leadership Experience Accelerator Program (LEAP) Associate is responsible to successfully complete assigned projects and rotations that span roles across a variety of Quest functions and Regions.
LEAP Associates in this Operations/Supply Chain Mgt track will complete four six-month rotations across a variety of functions that align with their interests and Quest business needs. One of the four rotations will be dedicated to QMS work on a national level.
During the LEAP Associates time in this program, they will work within one geographical region. However, they will be required to relocate within that region they are placed in at the end of their first full year within the program.
Responsibilities- Participate in and apply core learning in assigned function and rotation.
- Participate in work teams to apply continuous improvement tools to solve real-time business problems and drive continuous improvement in assigned rotations.
- Serve as a leader within rotation supporting their Host Manager
- Prepare and deliver executive presentations to demonstrate both learning progress and how the assignment/role contributed to the business.
- Serve as a team member and participate in a variety of business events
- Serve as a team member and, provide co-leadership support for local events.
- Participate in monthly learning, coaching and networking events, internal and external to Quest.
- Provide support for the National Continuous Improvement Leaders through all stages of local and national Kaizen events (Operations).
- Provide support for Category Managers throughout all phases of the sourcing & contracting (Supply Chain).
- As applicable, participate in M&A, Joint Venture and Vendor Negotiation Activities under the direction of assignment leadership.
- As applicable and based on business needs, serve as Project Coordinator and/or Project Manager under the direction of assignment leadership.
- Deliver multiple presentations and project work to LEAP Council, LEAP Senior Manager and other Associates.
Qualifications
Basic qualifications:
- BS, BA MBA Graduation
- MBA Preferred but not required
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Majors: Operations, Business Management, Engineering, Life Science, Supply Chain Management, etc.
- Demonstrated academic achievement
- Commitment to relocate anywhere in the U.S. (Operations)
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or future sponsorship
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High Learning Agility
Experience/Skills
- Demonstrates characteristics such as: Builds Trust, Welcomes Change, Navigates Ambiguity, Thinks Strategically, and Fosters Innovations & Continuous Improvement
- A Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related internship is helpful, not required
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in a variety of software such as Excel, Word, Visio, etc.
- Ability to think strategically & creatively, and solve problems effectively & efficiently
- Strong data analysis & business skills, including project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication & team building skills
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- Master’s Degree (Preferred)
