Position Summary
The Leadership Development Manager plays a critical role in developing the next generation of organizational leaders. This position is responsible for identifying leadership potential, creating development pathways, and providing coaching that prepares employees for expanded leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will be passionate about helping others grow and thrive in leadership roles. This is a highly travel-intensive position requiring approximately 75% travel (about 3 weeks per month) to support field coaching, leadership development, and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Assess talent and identify employees with leadership potential.
  • Design and execute leadership development programs and workshops.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and developmental feedback.
  • Support succession planning initiatives across the business.
  • Lead and develop Business Development Managers and Training Managers.
  • Measure program effectiveness and improve leadership readiness outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and people-development experience.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
  • Experience in leadership development, talent development, sales management, training, or related fields.
  • Ability to influence and develop leaders at various career stages.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, with heavy travel requirements of approximately 3 weeks per month (75% of the time)
