Main ResponsibilitiesAs a leadership and Team Effectiveness Facilitator, your role will be key to achieving our Company’s ambition, driving measurable impact on engagement and business performance over time, focusing mostly on leadership audiences.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Champion Leadership and Team Growth: Deliver dynamic workshops and interventions for present and future leaders, blending academic and hands-on learning. Support tailoring programmes as needed for groups such as women leaders, high potentials, and executives to foster our leadership culture.
- Design Impactful Learning Experiences: Create content that brings our leadership model to life. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure programmes resonate and incorporate best practices.
- Build Trusted Relationships: Establish credibility with internal clients, gathering actionable insights to make learning solutions relevant and practical for leaders in all business areas.
- Actively Sustain Learning for Lasting Impact: Develop follow-up and anchoring activities post-training with and for participating leaders, ensuring knowledge is embedded and retained, and used.
- Empower Facilitator Network: Design and deliver train-the-trainer sessions, enabling a thriving network of facilitators to support growth and collaboration across the organisation.
- Support Measuring and Evolving Success: Collaborate with the Talent team to track KPIs, continually enhancing our leadership development initiatives and supporting broader HR programmes like 360 feedback and mentoring.
The position is full-time and based preferably in Madrid, Spain, although applicants in other Verisure Countries locations will be considered. The position might require some international travel within Europe in a hybrid model that includes working from home 2 days per week, working two weeks per year from wherever you prefer.
Candidate profile
- A bachelor’s degree (ideally in either business, psychology or leadership development).
- Leadership facilitation: Relevant experience in leadership and team effectiveness facilitation, as independent or in consulting, or leadership development lead in a corporate role; coupled with demonstratable experience as a people manager or supporting people manager, with a strong coaching acumen.
- Leadership development: Demonstrated success in designing and delivering scalable learning programmes that support business goals, with 5+ years’ experience in people manager and/or leadership development.
- Stakeholder Management & Strategic Thinking: Leveraging strategic insight and active listening to influence and engage leaders at all levels, drive collaboration, psychological safety, and trust, while combining a big-picture perspective with hands-on delivery to align proposals and details to organisational priorities.
- Strong written and oral communication capabilities for creating impactful tools (e.g. e-learning scenarios, PowerPoint) and presenting them just as impactfully.
- Experience of and appetite for working in international multi-cultural environments, with diverse and, at times, remote teams.
- Required: Fluent enough to work and facilitate in English and Spanish.
- Other European language(s) are a plus.
