Job Evaluation - LEADER

Overview:

Assist department Supervisor in maintaining yields, production flow, training, record keeping and setup.

Equipment: Production records, hand tools and equipment involved with line.

Duties:

Perform one or more of the following job duties:

a. Assist with departmental setup.

b. Make sure all equipment on line is in working order.

c. Assist Supervisor in maintaining yields and quality.

d. Must be knowledgeable of all equipment on line. (Must be able to perform all jobs in the department.)

e. Fill in for absent employees and/or give breaks as needed.

f. Assist team Supervisor in training new employees.

g. Maintain records and charts as needed.

h. Keep area clean and orderly and work in a safe and efficient manner.

i. Perform all other duties as assigned.

2. Perform job in a safe and efficient manner as directed by Supervisor or company procedures.

3. Keep any record or statistical charts required.

4. Keep area clean and orderly.

5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screen.

Must be able to pass a background check.
