Specialized is seeking a motivated and talented Leader Global Enterprise Application to join our Global Technology team in Morgan Hill, CA. to evolve our enterprise landscape, spanning Finance, Retail Tech, Sales Operations (OrdertoCash business domains), CRM, and People Systems. This role is accountable not only for operational stability, but for leveraging ERP platforms to enable business growth, process simplification, regulatory compliance, and global scale. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and handson leader who can operate confidently at the intersection of business outcomes, technology execution, and team leadership. 

This position serves as the enterprise champion of ERP applications, including Oracle EBusiness Suite and the strategic evolution toward a unified and simplified platform with Ai natively built in. The role partners closely with senior leaders across Finance, Operations, and IT to drive standardization, disciplined change management, and data integrity across regions and functions. Success in this role requires balancing runthebusiness excellence with a multiyear ERP modernization roadmap, ensuring minimal disruption while increasing adoption, reliability, and value realization. 

This role will lead a global team of product managers, architects, analysts, and contractors, with responsibility for service performance, vendor strategy, governance, and continuous improvement. This leader is accountable for ensuring ERP capabilities translate into measurable business impact, including improved close cycles, reduced customization, and strong audit and risk posture. The role is expected to influence senior levels, make tradeoff decisions, and establish enterprise standards that scale with the business. 
 
This role owns outcomes, not just systems—delivering ERP stability today while positioning Specialized for enterprise scale, regulatory readiness, and future ERP transformation. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage a team of direct reports, contractors, and/or project team members. 

  • Own the implementation of new organizational initiatives aligned with ERP. 

  • Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs. 

  • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce ticket volumes. 

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracting, and budgets across multiple cost centers. 

  • Promote and establish governance across systems. 

  • 10+ years experience in retail and retail operations. 

  • Build and maintain productive, respectful relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners. 

  • Strong understanding of ITIL service management practices (Incident, Change, Problem Management). 

  • Proven people management experience coaching, hiring, and performance management  

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into business impact 

  • Experience leading programs and process automation. Ability to implement and manage projects using agile methodologies. 

  • Progressive and relevant experience driving process improvement 

  • Experience with vendor evaluation and working with an offshore/onsite vendor model.  

  • Ability to balance competing priorities 

  • Excellent planning, prioritizing and organizational skills required 

  • Must be collaborative and possess the ability to influence outcomes

  • Possesses a collaborative mindset and takes an inclusive approach to problem solving. 

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills required. 

  • Experience interacting with senior management. 

  • Ability to influence toward outcomes

PAY 

Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations: 

California Base Pay Range: ($119,628 $208,153 ) 

*At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.
