Leader of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

Lineage is seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Leader to join our finance team. This role will be pivotal in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to support strategic decision-making and business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial modeling, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning: Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
• Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Strategic Support: Partner with senior leadership to evaluate new business opportunities, pricing strategies, and cost management initiatives.
• Mergers and Acquisitions: partner with M&A team to ensuring financial considerations are effectively integrated into the decision making process.
• Capital Deployment: including investment analysis, capital budgeting and resource allocation.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial and operational performance.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with operational objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them while maximizing financial performance.
• Ad-hoc Projects: Lead special projects and analyses as needed to support the organization’s strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning software is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
