Position Overview
The Regional Enterprise Lean Six Sigma Leader is responsible for supporting and deploying the Littelfuse Enterprise Lean Six Sigma (ELSS) roadmap across regional manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and support functions in Asia. This role will partner with site and regional leaders to execute improvement priorities, facilitate kaizen and Lean Six Sigma projects, strengthen daily management practices, and build local problem-solving capability. As part of the global ELSS network, the Regional ELSS Leader will help standardize tools, share best practices, and deliver measurable, sustainable improvements aligned with business priorities.
- Regional ELSS Deployment – Support deployment of the Littelfuse ELSS strategy across regional operations, ensuring alignment with site priorities and global ELSS standards.
- Continuous Improvement Execution – Help develop and execute the regional CI roadmap, including kaizen events, value-stream improvement activities, and practical capability-building initiatives.
- Performance Improvement Support – Facilitate measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and productivity using Lean Six Sigma methods and standard work.
- Capability Development – Train, coach, and mentor site teams and CI practitioners to strengthen Lean Six Sigma skills and problem-solving capability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and HR to integrate CI activities into daily management and operating rhythms.
- Operational Assessments – Conduct site assessments, maturity reviews, and benchmarking activities to identify improvement opportunities and support action planning.

About You
- Education – Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field).
- Lean Six Sigma Expertise – Demonstrated experience applying Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methods in manufacturing or operations environments. Lean Six Sigma certification required; Black Belt certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Operational Experience – 7+ years in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or continuous improvement roles with experience leading projects or supporting multi-site improvement efforts.
- Regional & Cross-Cultural Collaboration – Experience working across sites or functions with the ability to influence teams in a matrixed environment.
- Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills – Strong command of data‑driven decision‑making, statistical analysis, and structured problem solving.
