About the role
This position is for a Leader Engineering CISB, who will support Grow Malaysia factory business through new product development/improving competitiveness through cost reduction. Required to lead a team of 12~14 engineers and grow team with business, deliver multi Million Doller sales growth through programs/projects. The right candidate will have opportunity to grow/career advancement in region/globally.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Leader Engineering CISB, you’ll be responsible for:

Lead team engineers at CISB, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsible to deliver new products for AHU, Fan Coils, Peripheral Cooling (Data Center) and Light Commercial Products as per long range plans

Responsible for managing NPD, Product Cost reduction projects, optimization/customization products to meet customer requirements, tech transfer/localization for other Carrier design centers

Engage with cross functional teams to execute NPD programs/projects to deliver new products as per agreed cost/schedule

Deliver product cost reduction as per financial program
-
People leader to engage and develop talent with key engineering skills

Mange and enhance test lab capabilities
Requirements
We are looking for people who are experienced in HVAC and has excellent leadership skills. If this is you, get in touch.
As a minimum you must have:

Should be Graduate in Mechanical engineering at minimum
-
15+ Year Experience in NPD/customization for AHU's/FCU's and Eurovent/AHRI certifications
-
Experience in NPD/Tech transfer/localization for Light Commercial product will an advantage

Strong people manager
