Your Opportunity as the Education & Training Leader
The Plant Education and Training Leader position is responsible for developing and coaching site personnel on training systems to support a High-Performance Organization (HPO). This role will support the plant through the implementation of training and qualification processes, and the development of plant E&T processes.
Location: Longmont, CO
Work Arrangements: 100% on-site

In this role you will:
- Lead Education & Training Pillar
- Provide leadership toward the site vision for training systems and standards
- Serve as the training resource and capable of delivering Company sponsored training (i.e. Critical Thinking, Problem Solvig, Train the Trainer, etc.)
- Partner with business to conduct periodic training assessments and create plans to address skill gap
- Create/improve E&T processes and standards as needed
- Monitor and maintain E&T standards across the site
- Lead Daily Training Operations
- Coordinate creation of training materials for the plant (Standard Operating Procedures, Step Up Cards, One Point Lessons, etc.)
- Monitor and support execution of plant qualification process
- Administer all applicable training grants
- Support and coordinate internal, external, and corporate trainings, including technical classes
- Own framework of Foundational Technical program and support content improvements
- Administer and coach department on Skill Matrices
- Coach team trainers and managers on executing the established systems and standards
- Technical Development Roadmap
- Provide coaching/direction for various group activities including team building & system/program improvements
- Align training systems with plant pay and progression system and ensure rigor and consistency between both
- Support Operational Excellence (OpEx) Efforts
- Provide training on OpEx and High Performance Organization (HPO) tools
- Support and model OpEx work system behaviors
- Safety Key Element (KE) 6 and Quality Key Element (QAKE) KE 2 Owner
- Continue to develop/improve onboarding curriculum and process for salaried and hourly personnel for the Longmont Uncrustables plant
- Support project leadership team in development and exeuction of Technology Training and Transfer (TT&T) plan

Minimum Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required
- At least 2 years of manufacturing experience is required

- Demonstrated experience with HPO is preferred
- Ability to establish and sustain relationships across the organization
- Must be able to prioritize work in a high demand work environment
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Open to some travel (10-20%)
Other information about the role:
Colorado Specific Salary Range - $79,500 - $113,850
This role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan bonus
