Role Responsibilities:

The Leader, Digital Product will own the overall digital integration efforts across Asia, will be responsible for aligning regional initiatives with our global strategy and delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a key focus on advancing our omnichannel and wallet ecosystem offerings across key send and receive markets the candidate will be the subject matter expert for product management, UI/UX topics and responsible for definition and implementation of a framework for sustainable and modular application design

The Leader will guide product development based on local insights within global style guides. The position also ensures an independent conception and specification of user experience designs while paying attention to business requirements and technical feasibility specific to geography.

You are also in charge of:

  • End to end delivery timeline for partner on-boarding to launch
  • Building operational policies within Agile product development, procedures and processes methodologies.
  • Running product operational forums and liaison with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ongoing product development and feature implementation.
  • Co-Build & maintain effective product technology road maps and strategies for the payment business.
  • Understand and track competitor activities specific to product categories.
  • Ensure that the product development plans comply with relevant legal and compliance policies.
  • Navigate complex and fast-moving Fintech technology landscape to harness technology opportunities and steer away from threats.
  • Enable customer-facing staff with specialist product training and support through Learning & Development.
  • Project manage workstreams to bring the product to life.

Other key responsibilities of the job include gathering of requirements and participating in the end-to-end platform requirements. 

Role Requirements: 

To be successful in this role, end- to-end experience in strategic planning & digital integration.

  • Past product/business/project experience in similar fintech space; role will also be in-charge of current & future products within the ecosystem.
  • Preferred to have a Master’s degree in Tech/Business Administration or similar
  • Experience working with cross functional teams across APAC region
  • Having an Entrepreneurial mindset
