Requirements:
Participate actively as a Reporting consultant on one or more project teams
Translate legacy customer reporting requirements into Workday reporting tools.
Understand and communicate touch points with the different Workday modules like HCM, Academics, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Supply Chain, and Student.
Build custom reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and embedded analytics using Workday’s reporting toolset
Support key communication to project and client leadership
Closely follow the strategic direction set by leadership when establishing Workday project goals
Support the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience
Substantial and measurable delivery within the reporting workstreams of 1 or more HCM, Financials, or Student implementations for at least two phases
Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
Preferences:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field of study
Current Workday certification
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a Workday reporting role using the various different tools from simple to complex reports.
Strong knowledge and experience with the Workday security model.
5+ years of experience with report writing experience with enterprise reporting tools.
Experience with reporting tools like Prism, BIRT, dashboards, discovery boards, embedded analytics, and future report specific functionality.
Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with tools such as Excel and Access used to translate information and requirements into documentation and solution design
