Job Description

You will support Philips' ambition to be a leading employer by driving initiatives that embed well-being and belonging across the organization. As Leader of Well-being and Belonging, you will play a key role in operationalizing global priorities, supporting integration across the People function, and ensuring measurable, sustainable impact across regions and functions.

This role maintains a global lens and works closely with local ambassadors, employee resource groups, and People Business Partners to align strategy with regional realities and regulatory frameworks, including CSRD.

Your role:

  • Supporting the implementation of the global Well-being and Belonging strategy in alignment with Philips' broader People and business strategies.
  • Coordinating annual workplans, focusing on operational outcomes and supporting accountability for key indicators such as employee engagement, psychological safety, and representation.
  • Partnering with People leaders and business units to embed well-being and belonging into core People practices: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, leadership development, and compensation.
  • Providing subject matter expertise on topics such as psychological safety, inclusive leadership behaviors, and workplace well-being.
  • Collaborating with local market teams, ambassadors, and ERGs to tailor and deploy programming that reflects local context and global expectations.
  • Driving the day-to-day operations of Employee Resource Groups, including governance, impact measurement, and alignment to business goals.
  • Contributing to internal and external messaging on Well-being and Belonging in partnership with Communications and Employer Branding teams.
  • Managing relationships with external organizations and supporting Philips’ compliance with emerging reporting frameworks such as CSRD.
  • Applying change management and learning approaches to raise capability and awareness related to well-being and belonging across leaders and employees.

You are a part of:

The People Innovation & Experience team, reporting to the Global Head of People Innovation & Experience. You will work collaboratively with a cross-functional network of People leaders and business stakeholders, with dotted-line influence across markets.

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in organizational development, well-being, or HR strategy roles in a global business context.
  • Demonstrated experience addressing complex cultural and people-related issues, including pay equity and leadership alignment.
  • Knowledge of global frameworks and experience supporting compliance with standards such as CSRD.
  • Proven ability to integrate well-being and belonging into operational HR practices and organizational culture initiatives.
  • Experience working with or leading cross-cultural teams; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in analyzing data to inform strategy and track outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
