Skills Required
- 4+ years of Wealth Underwriting support experience, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education
- Ability to analyze commercial real estate operating statements, rent rolls, and property performance data
- Ability to review financial statements, tax returns, K-1s, and related documentation
- Ability to assess borrower financial strength and repayment capacity
- Ability to evaluate collateral quality, market conditions, and credit risk factors
- Ability to review lease agreements and prepare lease abstractions
- Experience supporting lending and portfolio management teams through documentation review, data validation, and reporting
- Experience conducting portfolio monitoring, quality assurance reviews, borrower assessments, and risk reporting
- Experience performing OFAC, PEP, sanctions, and credit bureau compliance reviews
- Experience maintaining credit system records and data quality across lending platforms
