  • POI Outages Handing
  • Patch upgrades
  • R & R activities
  • New product /Equipment testing
  • ACT Portal CR management
  • New POI commissioning
  • PRI / SIP migrations
  • Internal RA Audit compliance
  • Complaint Handling
  • Support to Service account Manager
  • BSNL/MTNL payments
  • ITTN POI co-ordination
  • Special projects 
  • PV audit/ AMS portal update
  • PM activities
  • Support to Infra/TX team
  • DOT Audits
  • Internal/External Audits of TTSL
  Span of control: TTL Network Operations           Key Customer NOC, NW Planning, FO, CSO, SCM, Finance                         Necessary Preferred   Skills 
  • Over 7+ years of experience in Voice & VAS core domain.
  • Strong understanding of project management, customer service, and technical knowledge voice core network elements, including NGN, IMS MGW, IMS, SBC, IN, STP & SMSC
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, Tektronix)..
  • Experience with VoIP, SIP Trunking, and other IP-based communication systems.

 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Project management experience.
