- Over 7+ years of experience in Voice & VAS core domain.
- Strong understanding of project management, customer service, and technical knowledge voice core network elements, including NGN, IMS MGW, IMS, SBC, IN, STP & SMSC
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, Tektronix)..
- Experience with VoIP, SIP Trunking, and other IP-based communication systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Project management experience.
