Provides technical support and fault resolution for VoIP and PSTN voice-core networks. Manages node backups, hardware rectification, patch upgrades, POI augmentation, outages, commissioning, and PRI/SIP migrations. Handles customer complaints, audits, compliance, change requests, payments, vendor and infrastructure coordination, preventive maintenance, product testing, and special projects.
