Skills Required
- 5+ years of graphic or website design experience, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education
- 5+ years of UX and UI design experience
- 5+ years of hands-on ADA-compliant web design experience
- 5+ years of proficiency with React, including hooks, Context API, state management, component lifecycle, performance optimization, and modern React patterns
- Experience designing responsive web applications and enterprise-level digital solutions
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, interaction designs, and design documentation
- Experience collaborating with product, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- 4+ years of experience with modern application architecture design, implementation, and deployment, including containerization, APIs, Message Bus, and Single Page Applications
- 4+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, React, XML, YAML, and JSON
