Job Overview
We are seeking a UX Engineer to help shape the quality, usability, and consistency of the RelativityOne experience.UX Engineers operate at the intersection of design and engineering, partnering closely with Designers, Product Managers, and Full-stack Engineers to transform user needs into intuitive, accessible, and responsive experiences. While feature teams focus on delivering functionality, UX Engineers focus on the experience layer of the product, including interaction quality, accessibility, responsiveness, consistency, and the details that make complex workflows feel approachable and efficient.
In this role, you will design, build, and refine user experiences across RelativityOne, helping teams navigate complex UX challenges and raise the quality bar of our product. You will contribute reusable patterns, improve accessibility, leverage modern AI-assisted development workflows, and help ensure experiences remain cohesive across a rapidly evolving platform.

Job Description and Requirements
Role Responsibilities:
Partner with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to create intuitive, accessible, and cohesive user experiences.
Design, build, and refine React-based user interfaces with a focus on usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and consistency.
Improve interaction quality through thoughtful handling of workflows, edge states, accessibility, and visual polish.
Review and elevate AI-generated UI to ensure alignment with product, accessibility, and design system standards.
Contribute reusable patterns and components that improve consistency and scalability across the platform.
Identify and address UX issues through prototyping, implementation, testing, and iteration.
Advocate for accessibility, usability, and experience quality throughout the product development lifecycle.
Mentor and support teams on UX best practices, frontend craft, and AI-assisted UI development workflows.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience designing and building accessible, responsive web applications using React.
Strong understanding of usability, interaction design, accessibility, and frontend UX best practices.
Experience working with design systems and reusable component architectures.
Ability to evaluate and improve workflows, interactions, and overall experience quality.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools to prototype, build, or refine user interfaces.
Strong visual, interaction, and product judgment.
Experience collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and engineers.
Minimum qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in UX engineering, frontend engineering, or a related field.
Experience building accessible and responsive React applications.
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern React development practices.
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Experience participating in code reviews and cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to translate design intent into polished, production-ready user experiences.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
225 000 and 337 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
