Background:
We are developing a product and looking for a highly motivated Lead UX Designer to join as a key member and take our energy ecosystem and product setup UX to the next level.
Role:
- Lead UX Designer (experience 15+ years).
Responsibility:
- Ability to take complex concepts and simplify them for the customer into elegant experiences.
- Excellent command of UX design principles, human-centered design methodologies, problem-framing skills, and beautiful visual design skills.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch, etc.
- Advanced prototyping ability (HTML, CSS, SCSS, Syncfusion, GIS Map).
- Experience in ADA compliance is short for the Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design.
- Work with the UX and development team to adopt a cohesive design language across our product setup experience.
- A proven track record designing for native and Hybrid mobile apps.
- Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skills. Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and be eager to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Fluency in UX research methodologies.
- Experience working on Agile methodology and the work status update process.
Skill/ Software:
- Excellent in verbal and written communication.
- Wireframe, Hand sketch, Concept design.
- HTML, SCSS and JavaScript.
- Development support and bug fixed.
- Expert in presentation and demo.
- Balsamiq, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, VS Code.
