• Battle-tested in mobile applications performance marketing: 5+ years in performance marketing / UA, with real impact on high-scale mobile games.

• Proven leadership experience: You've led and grown high-performing teams and know how to spot (and coach) top talent.

• Paid acquisition expert:

  • Mastery of major UA platforms: Meta, TikTok, Applovin, AdMob, DSPs…

  • Deep understanding of MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust), SKAN, and attribution dynamics.

• Analytical & creative problem-solver:

  • Comfortable navigating spreadsheets, statistical tools, and creative testing frameworks.

  • You know when to trust your gut—and when to trust the data.

• Experimentation mindset:

  • You think in test plans and incremental wins.

  • You structure learning loops that scale.
