As a Lead Unity Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing one of the core games in our portfolio. You will work closely with our art and technical team to ensure high-quality gameplay experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full development responsibility for a game, from early prototyping up to full live phase.
- Implement best-in-class AI practices inside the game to be fully empowered and efficient.
- Design, develop, and maintain game systems and features using Unity & C#.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new game features.
- Optimize game performance and ensure smooth gameplay across various platforms.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in game development with a strong focus on Unity.
- Proficiency in C# and understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Strong understanding of Unity’s architecture, components, and asset pipeline.
- Experience with ad integration and monetization strategies in Unity applications/games.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
