About you:
- You bring solid experience in web acquisition, with a focus on Facebook and Google Ads.
- Understanding subscription-based monetization models is one of your strengths, and you know how to make them work.
- Working with both mainstream and alternative traffic sources feels natural to you, and you're curious to explore new formats.
- Calm, structured, and reliable - you approach challenges thoughtfully and don't rush into chaos.
- As a team player with leadership experience, you're comfortable mentoring others while staying hands-on when needed.
Your impact:
- You’ll take the lead on user acquisition for a growing web product and guide a focused team of UA specialists.
- Running and optimizing campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads.
- Testing hypotheses, analyzing results, and scaling what works.
- Beyond leadership, you’ll stay hands-on: launching campaigns, troubleshooting, and jumping into the details when it matters most.
