We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused professional to join our Calgary Office Operations team as a Tenant Experience Lead (18-Month Contract). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging tenant experiences across Oxford's Calgary office portfolio, with a focus on amenities programming, customer engagement, communications, and the Passport YYC program. You will help create vibrant workplace communities that enhance tenant satisfaction, foster connection, and support Oxford's commitment to exceptional customer experience.

You Will Be Responsible For

Tenant Experience & Amenities Programming

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver tenant-focused events, activations, and programming across Oxford's Calgary office portfolio.

  • Manage and enhance customer experiences within lounges, fitness facilities, conference centres, and other tenant amenities.

  • Ensure a best-in-class presentation of amenities, lobbies, and common areas.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop meaningful and brand-aligned experiences that support tenant engagement and satisfaction.

  • Manage program budgets and monitor performance against established objectives.

Passport YYC Program Management

  • Lead the execution and ongoing enhancement of the Passport YYC tenant experience program.

  • Develop initiatives that encourage participation, community building, and tenant engagement.

  • Evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on customer feedback and participation metrics.

Communications & Content Development

  • Create and distribute tenant communications including newsletters, event promotions, digital signage content, and community updates.

  • Develop content for OxComm and other customer communication channels that reflects Oxford's brand and value proposition.

  • Ensure communications are timely, professional, and engaging for a diverse tenant audience.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenant contacts, office administrators, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with Property Management, Operations, Leasing, and Marketing teams to support portfolio-wide initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities to develop local partnerships and community-focused activations that enhance the tenant experience.

Program Insights & Reporting

  • Collect and analyze tenant feedback through surveys, participation data, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators and program outcomes.

  • Use data and insights to refine future programming and improve the customer experience.

Tenant Onboarding

  • Support onboarding activities for new tenants, including welcome communications, events, and building orientation initiatives.

  • Help create a seamless and positive move-in experience that encourages early engagement with Oxford's services and programs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer experience, marketing, communications, event planning, hospitality, tenant engagement, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing customer-facing events and engagement programs.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating engaging experiences and building strong relationships.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with tenant engagement platforms such as OxComm or similar technologies.

  • Familiarity with survey tools, event analytics, and customer feedback platforms.

  • Experience creating marketing or communication materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
