You will serve as the organization's central point of accountability for connecting business priorities with technology readiness, ensuring that change is anticipated, coordinated, and delivered in partnership with the business rather than in response to it.

In This Role, You Will:
Enterprise Leadership & Governance:
- Serve as the single accountable representative for Global Operations in Technology governance forums
- Establish and maintain a clear escalation path for major technology concerns, emerging risks, readiness gaps, and adoption or stability blockers

- Act as the formal liaison between Global Operations leadership, Technology platforms, and cross-functional delivery teams
- Ensure enterprise technology initiatives are planned, communicated, and executed in partnership with Global Operations
- Prevent late-stage escalations by surfacing risks before they reach executive forums
Risk Identification & Escalation Management:
- Proactively identify technology risks before they surface as employee incidents
- Coordinate cross-technology and cross-business remediation paths with owning teams
- Partner with Cyber, IAM, Workplace Technology, and Network teams on integrated risk responses
Data-Driven Insight & Analysis:
- Analyze Global Operations technology data including incident trends, adoption signals, performance data, and employee experience metrics
- Translate complex technical data into clear business risk narratives for Operations and Technology leadership
- Elevate issues with data-backed insights and potential solution paths
Operating Model & Capability Maturity:
- Lead and mature the Global Operations Tech Ambassador network
- Shift Global Operations from incident response to problem prevention
- Mature proactive and predictive risk identification practices during major enterprise migrations and security initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience operating in enterprise-scale, cross-functional environments
- Demonstrated success leading governance, readiness, and escalation for high-impact technology initiatives
- Strong ability to translate technical data into executive-level business insights
- Experience partnering with security, identity, workplace technology, or infrastructure teams
- Proven ability to establish durable operating models that reduce reactive escalations
- Experience of Aternity or Nexthink User Experience Monitoring desired
