Job Description:
Ready to shape the technology and content capabilities that power Southwest’s digital experiences? As a Lead Technology Analyst, you will lead the development of solutions that enable content creation, management, and delivery across enterprise digital channels. Supporting the Content Supply Chain and MarTech DevOps Team, you will help drive the technology, governance, and content architecture behind platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Adobe Workfront, and Adobe Creative Cloud. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to establish scalable content models, metadata strategies, and platform integrations that improve content quality, consistency, and operational efficiency. Your work will help position content as a strategic enterprise asset while supporting personalization, digital innovation, and future AI-enabled experiences across Southwest.
Additional details:
This Dallas-based role is offered as a remote workplace position, which may require onsite presence / travel for trainings, meetings, conferences, etc. Outside of those required visits, the majority of your working time may be spent in an approved remote location within the Dallas - Fort Worth area.

- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information systems or similar fields of study or equivalent advanced level experience
- Required: Expert-level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in information technology (IT) operations, programming, systems/software development or another IT related field
Preferred: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets, Adobe Workfront, content management systems, and GenAI
Preferred: Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies, MarTech content lifecycle management, performance measurement, MROI analysis, and agency relationship management

Pay & Benefits
Competitive market salary from $138,800 - $154,200 per year* depending on qualifications and experience, with opportunity for future pay increases based on performance and market movement. For eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
