We are seeking a visionary Lead Technology Analyst to spearhead our S/4HANA transformation. This isn't just about "keeping the lights on"—it’s about reimagining our technical landscape. You will be the responsible of our Clean Core strategy, ensuring that all custom developments are sustainable, upgrade-stable, and aligned with modern SAP best practices..
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledgeable about SAP ABAP on S/4, RAP, BTP, Fiori, clean core and extensibility.
Clean Core Strategy & Strategy Design: Assess legacy custom code (RICEFW) and direct modifications within the ERP core. Formulate custom code remediation, decommissioning, and transformation roadmaps to realign the landscape with SAP Clean Core pillars (Extensibility, Data, Integrations, Processes, and Operations).
Modern Extensibility Execution: Design and build upgrade-safe solutions using Key User Extensibility, Developer Extensibility (ABAP Cloud/Steampunk on S/4HANA), and Side-by-Side Extensibility on SAP BTP using Cloud Application Programming (CAP) or Restful ABAP Application (RAP) models.
Governance & Compliance Frameworks: Establish and enforce quality governance standards, developer guidelines, and code review methodologies. Utilize tools like ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC), Custom Code Migration App on BTP, SQLM, and SCOV to continuously track and maintain compliance metrics.
Design complex, high-performance CDS views with integrated access control (DCL) and analytical capabilities.
Ensure documentation, governance, and compliance for SAP best practices.
Required skills & experience:
7-12 years of experience in SAP development and support.
Proven experience as a fullstack developer understanding S/4Hana clean core development, ATC, integration frameworks, security, API designs and data exposition outside SAP.
Working knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP BTP services such as SAP Build etc., fiori and ABAP
Good understanding of SAP systems(SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, etc.).
Experience in Agile methodology; previous experience in a leading community of developers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables and prioritize accordingly.
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA
Experience with SAP LC/NC tools
Exposure to cloud platforms like SAP BTP, AWS, or Azure.
