We have an exciting opportunity for a Privileged Access Management (PAM) technical specialist to join Tietoevry Tech Services.

Responsibilities:

You as a Privileged Access Management (PAM) specialist are responsible for deploying, configuring, and integrating PAM solutions with existing systems to manage privileged access securely. They enforce access policies, monitor and audit activities, and respond to security incidents related to privileged accounts. You will educate users on PAM best practices, continuously improve PAM processes, and ensure compliance with regulations. You as a PAM specialist also prepare reports, maintain documentation and coordinate with customer teams, IT department, security teams and vendors. 
Your daily typical tasks are:

• Managing PAM solution configurations and updates

• Monitoring logs and alerts for suspicious activities

• Assisting and training users on PAM tools

• Enforcing and updating access control policies

• Conducting periodic access reviews

• Maintaining documentation of configurations and procedures

• Collaborating with IT department, security teams, and vendors.

Required skills and competencies:

• Familiarity with any leading PAM tool such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic or equivalent

• Knowledge and experience of different PAM concepts

• Certifications related to above mentioned tools

• Understanding of ITIL practices

• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.

Other expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, information security or related field

• Proven experience in implementing and managing above-mentioned technologies

• Strong understanding of network and systems security principles

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities in Finnish and English, both verbal and written.
