We are seeking a Lead Technical Project Manager  to manage high-complexity, multi-faceted Adobe Martech and data projects characterized by higher levels of uncertainty and technical depth. In this role, you will act as a strategic and tactical linchpin solving complex client challenges, establishing project management best practices, driving practice standardization, and mentoring less senior TPMs.

What will your day look like?

As a Lead TPM, you will go beyond project execution: you will actively support leadership in managing business performance, foster long-term client relationships, drive innovation across projects and teams, and help grow the overall TPM practice at MAP.

Governance, Strategy & Process Optimization

  • Risk & Change Management: Drive and own risk mitigation, scope management, and change control processes across complex technical projects.
  • Standardization & Best Practices: Drive and own process standardization and optimization across teams and departments.
  • Resource & Capacity Management: Ensure optimal utilization of technical resources.
  • Process Acceleration: Implement strategies and tactics that produce faster turnaround times on feature delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Technical Leadership & Prioritization

  • Multi-Project Leadership: Demonstrate the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, effectively managing competing priorities, cross-functional dependencies, and complex technical deliverables.
  • Data & Architectural Guidance: Communicate with Architects, and technical leads to evaluate system architecture, data flows, technical debt, and sustainable delivery options within the Adobe ecosystem.
  • Task Decomposition & Prioritization: Break down complex, undefined assignments into actionable, structured tasks. Lead prioritization based on relevancy, business impact, and ease of implementation.

Stakeholder Management & Practice Growth

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Establish and nurture relationships with key internal and external stakeholders (Clients, Account Leaders, Vendors, and Executive Sponsors).
  • Mentorship & Line Management: Supervise, guide, line-manage, and mentor TPMs and Senior TPMs.
  • Client Pitches & Innovation: Inspire clients with new technical solutions and opportunities, leading reports, presentations, and technical pitch support for business development.
Who are you going to work with?

You will be the central driver collaborating closely across multi-disciplinary teams:

  • Tech & Data Team (Adobe Architects, Developers, Data Insights Consultants, Data Scientists, and Application Consultants)
  • Account Team & Project Managers (aligning on commercial, client, and scope expectations)
  • Client Technical & Business Stakeholders (guiding technical strategy and delivery)
  • Experience Teams (Strategists and Designers)
  • Department Leads & TPM Practice
What do you bring to the table?
