Job Description
As Team Lead for our Customer Success Engineering (CSE) team, you will be responsible for the personal development and guidance of a fantastic team. At the same time, you will actively contribute to the development of our national and international enterprise customers in your delivery expert role. You manage diverse IT and integration projects in the enterprise environment, always keeping the Flip mission and your team in mind.

- make our customers successful through the implementation of our integration projects
- are a key player throughout the project in coordinating requirements, problem solving and developing customized software
- work actively with the client's functional departments, such as Project Management, Engineering, IT and Security
- have the authority to make decisions on all technical issues and thus contribute to the successful completion of the project
- You are in close contact with our external development partners to ensure a smooth cooperation
What you bring to the table
You...
- have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in building and managing delivery teams in the SaaS environment
- bring basic coding and / or development know-how
- have experience with SSO (OIDC, Azure AD), REST API and the provision of API-based integrations in enterprise IT
- are well-versed in project management, preferably agile
- have worked directly with enterprise clients and work effectively in cross-functional teams
- can easily build relationships with internal and external stakeholders due to your customer- and people-oriented approach
- have a fluent command of German and English

- you have sales experience, ideally SaaS B2B experience
