In this role, you will be leading SAP ERP Deployments for Baker Hughes. This role will be focused on driving business outcomes using a combination of ERP, process standardization, simplification, and analytical tools. You will have complete ownership of the project planning, day-to-day project management, working with stakeholders and cross functional teams, communication of risks, financial management (budget), vendor management and ensuring stabilization via solution adoption.
As a Lead – Technical Project Management (Enterprise Applications), you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of projects through client engagement, partnering with technical teams and coordination of activities
- Taking ownership for project prioritization, definition, and compliance to ensure adherence with project management methodologies
- Applying existing technologies, approaches, and methodologies in combination to design new products, systems or processes
- Communicating and presenting recommendations for project plans and technical roadmaps to senior business leaders, customers and stakeholders
- Applying technical knowledge and skilled experience to ensure the execution of projects and programs are of the highest quality bringing value to the business
- Collaborating and communicating across cross-functional teams to track the design process and deliver projects on-time
- Taking ownership of the overall program roadmap, prioritization, and successful operationalization of solutions
- Enabling the overall vendor management strategy including the bidding process
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Have minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical program management
- Have experience with ERP/ CRM rollouts.
- Have minimum 2 years of hands-on ERP / CRM experience
- Have experience managing global cross-functional project teams
- Be an expert in managing budgets including forecasting and spend tracking
