As a Lead Technical Program Manager within Neovest, you will be responsible for delivering complex technology projects and programs that align with business goals. Your expertise in technical principles and leadership will be crucial in developing innovative solutions and managing resources, budgets, and teams. You will navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring technology initiatives meet business objectives. Your advanced communication and stakeholder management skills will foster productive relationships and influence decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring on-time delivery of technology solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans to maintain project momentum.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Contribute to the evolution of PMO/Agile best practices and mentor junior team members.
• Utilize analytical reasoning to assess program performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Champion agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex projects in a large organization.
• Advanced experience in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) for execution and delivery.
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in an agile environment.
• Proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Knowledge in the Financial Services industry, focusing on Capital Markets.
• Experience managing delivery using Atlassian Tools (e.g., Jira).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
