Overview
The Identity Solution team is looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset
As part of an exciting, fast paced environment developing payment authentication and security solutions at Mastercard , this position will provide projects and initiatives delivery management within the development lifecycle for Mastercard ecommerce payment authentication platform.
Role• Using SAFE Agile process, facilitate agile ceremonies / meetings to ensure SCRUM teams remain on track for their committed deliverable for sprints / PI / quarter.• Facilitate status presentations and reporting to program leadership.• Coordinates with other teams and participates in the scrum of scrum / Release meetings with Program/Release Train Engineer (RTE).• This coordinator will work with a cross functional team of technical and business owners to deliver world class solutions to business problems.• This role is responsible for communication and coordination support to facilitate a self-organizing and self-managing teams who can deliver via effective Agile Practices. Help to complete any tasks required to remove impediments for the team and provide coaching and leadership support that make development deliverable possible. • Agile experience is mandatory. SAFE agile exposure is further preferred.• Helps highlight and manage risk and dependencies at the initiative / service / portfolio / program level.• Helps the team achieve in areas including quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.• Builds a high-performing team by helping the team manage intrapersonal conflicts, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Escalates people problems to management where necessary, but only after internal processes have failed to achieve the objective.• Guides the team on the utilization of Agile/Scrum practices. • Proactively monitoring project health and quality, provides input to RTE and Management.• Ensure timely and accurate communication with program leadership throughout the life cycle of the project.• Act as liaison between various stake holders and ensure dependencies to other shared technical teams in Mastercard are prioritized and delivered on time.• Coordinate and assist in the implementation and monitoring of existing and/or revised management directions and policies. Effectively and constructively deals with challenges.
All About You• 7-10 years of experience in Project Management / Scrum Master. • Advance Understanding of Agile methodology and situations in which each can be successfully utilized• High-energy, detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment. • Strong communication, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative, and organization. • Experience in project management is required.
