As a Lead Technical Program Manager with in JPMoganChase Infrastructure Foundational Services, you lead large, cross-functional technical programs across engineering, operations, security, architecture, and product to deliver resilient platform capabilities. You create inclusive working rhythms where every voice is heard and decisions are documented, measurable, and durable. You partner closely with technical teams to translate strategy into executable plans, manage complex dependencies, and deliver outcomes that improve service reliability, developer experience, and operational excellence.
Job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure/platform programs, driving scope, timelines, and measurable outcomes across multiple teams.
- Build integrated program plans across workstreams, milestones, critical path, and RAID, ensuring clear ownership and transparent delivery health.
- Run governance forums (steering committees, working groups, executive updates) that accelerate decisions, reduce ambiguity, and maintain momentum.
- Align engineering, operations, security, architecture, and product partners on solution trade-offs, sequencing, and delivery constraints.
- Translate distributed-systems concepts (availability, resiliency, latency, scaling, dependencies) into practical execution strategies and risk-aware milestones.
- Manage cross-team and vendor dependencies by establishing explicit interfaces, handoffs, and escalation paths with options-based recommendations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
