As a Technical Program Manager within the Resiliency Technology and Corporate Technology teams at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in an agile team dedicated to developing, enhancing, and delivering top-tier technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. Your deep technical expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in guiding innovative projects and promoting growth and innovation in a dynamic setting. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively address potential roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables; ensure alignment with overall business goals by leveraging a deep understanding of business processes and methodologies.
- Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements
- Use advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain findings and present recommendations to stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
- Experience resolving impediments strategically and tactically at scale while effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
