WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As a Lead Product Manager in Nike’s India Technology Center (ITC), you will play a key role in the Consumer Product & Innovation (CP&I) team—the technology engine behind Nike’s product creation, merchandising, design, and innovation. You will work closely with global Product, Engineering, Architecture, Experience, Data & Analytics, Program Management, and Business partners across Nike’s matrixed ecosystem. Your work will accelerate Nike’s digital product creation capabilities and help deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions used across Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories. You will report to a Director/Senior Director of Product Management and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align vision, define priorities, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of product management experience (web/mobile/enterprise platforms preferred)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
- Experience in Agile delivery models and iterative development
- Strong understanding of technology architectures, APIs, and platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Team-first mindset with willingness to roll up sleeves
Preferred:
- Experience in consumer, retail, footwear, apparel, or digital product creation ecosystems
- Background in platform product management
- Experience managing executive communications or business presentations
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Lead PM in CP&I, you will own the roadmap and lifecycle of key platform or product capabilities that power Nike’s global product creation ecosystem. Core responsibilities include:
- Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Driving discovery, prioritization, development, rollout, and adoption
- Translating user needs into technical requirements with Engineering
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to define priorities and success metrics
- Optimizing user journeys and platform health across CP&I tools and services
- Making evidence-based trade-offs between user needs, complexity, and business value
- Investigating issues, performing root-cause analysis, closing systemic gaps
- Driving consistency in product quality, documentation, KPIs, and roadmap communication
- Establishing and communicating performance metrics across the organization
Skills Required
