Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years experience in the air‑conditioning/HVAC industry
- Familiarity with refrigeration principles or enthalpy lab testing
- Able to follow work assignments, good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility
- Welding certificate
- Electrician certificate
- Experience with data center or computer‑room air conditioning
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
