You will be embedded directly inside the highest-stakes hiring environments on Earth; we call them missions. AI labs, frontier teams, companies building the infrastructure of the next decade. Find and engage exceptional talent. Headhunt the best and engage them with compelling human outreach.
Apply sound judgement. Make frequent 'good calls' that lead to correct hiring decisions for world-class talent end to end.
Build talent foundations. Introduce 'just enough' process, systems and workflows to succeed at pace. You'll build the rhythm and infrastructure others inherit.
Influence people. Build trust through wisdom and relationship. People want you in the room and AI can't replace you.
Resolve complexity. Work in nascent environments for ambitious Founders with unreasonable expectations. You'll Solve problems rapidly with minimal structure, resources and patience.
Deploy technology. Embrace and stand-up agentic technology to become faster and more precise. Generate hiring-health data to paint compelling insights into progress.
Have spent time in the trenches as an operator, ideally in early/growth stage companies, as a critical part of the hiring process.
Are the person in the room with correct knowledge/instinct, and convincing enough for the authority to act on it.
Have built things using AI to make yourself more effective.
Treat chaos as opportunity and constraints as creative framework.

Skills Required
- Significant experience hiring GTM/Account Executive talent in SaaS and AI environments
- Familiarity with building new teams as an early/founding Recruiter
- Ability to work independently with Founders to build recruitment infrastructure
- Strong opinion about the use of AI in hiring
- Data driven and analytical mindset
- Comfortable operating in nascent environments
- Conscientious and driven work ethic
