About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Talent Marketing Content Creator (Lead Marketing Consultant) to join the Global Talent Attraction & Marketing Team. This team leads the development, planning, and execution of strategic talent marketing programs and initiatives aimed at attracting and engaging talent globally.
This is a hands-on, creative marketing role focused on producing high-impact multimedia content across various formats including video, design, and written content. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing professional with a strong background in video production, design execution, and content creation using Adobe tools. They should be passionate about storytelling, thrive in fast-paced environments, and possess a deep understanding of the production process within brand or agency settings.
This role will collaborate with a globally dispersed team and Talent Acquisition partners to deliver compelling creative assets that support employer branding and recruitment campaigns. This position is designed for a senior-level contributor who excels in execution, embraces ambiguity, and consistently delivers polished outputs with minimal supervision.
In this role, you will:
- Produce and edit high-quality video content for talent channels and digital platforms.
- Design creative assets independently using Adobe tools, ensuring outputs align with brand and design principles.
- Write and edit copy to support video, design, and campaign content, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Execute content production with strong attention to detail and minimal supervision.
- Develop and produce engaging content for various channels, including email, social media, and websites.
- Plan and strategize content to align with business goals and stakeholder needs.
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to inform content decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content supports overall talent marketing and business strategies.
- Track key metrics and generate insights to inform future content strategies.
- Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Champion inclusion in all content creation.
- Contribute to a fast-moving, agency-style team environment, delivering at speed under tight deadlines.
- 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Candidate must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree or higher
- Proven experience producing high-volume, multi-channel creative deliverables in agency or corporate brand environments
- Experience in end-to-end video production, including shooting, editing, and publishing, is highly desirable to support dynamic talent marketing initiatives
- Hands-on experience editing and producing video content for digital and talent marketing channels
- Working knowledge of design principles (layout, hierarchy, typography, color) and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience managing projects from concept to completion in a request board/ticketing system
- Strategic marketing experience executing integrated campaigns across mobile, video, podcasts, and interactive formats
- Experience working in international and/or global roles
- Strong analytical skills to measure ROI and identify trends
- Ability to influence and collaborate across a large, matrixed organization
- Operate as a senior individual contributor with a primary focus on execution and delivery
- Take ownership of content production from filming to editing to final asset, ensuring speed, quality, and brand consistency
- Candidate must be amenable to work on a late mid-shift to allow overlapping hours with US and will be required onsite presence from any of the required locations within Taguig City
