Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition approval to successful onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Partner with line managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop proactive recruitment strategies to meet current and future talent needs.
- Source, screen, assess, and shortlist high-quality candidates through various recruitment channels to ensure the availability of qualified talent.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, candidate selection, offer management, and onboarding activities at both OPCO and Group levels.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external talent pipelines to support business growth, critical hiring needs, and succession planning.
- Drive recruitment efficiency by monitoring and improving key Talent Acquisition metrics, including Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Quality of Hire.
- Ensure all vacancies are filled within approved Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and recruitment timelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate, vacancy, and recruitment records, ensuring HR systems and recruitment databases are always up to date.
- Prepare, update, and submit the weekly Talent Acquisition Tracker to Group within agreed timelines.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly recruitment reports, analytics, and workforce planning updates to Group and OPCO leadership.
- Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards, ensuring hiring metrics, vacancy status, pipeline data, and TA performance indicators are accurate, current, and readily available for management reporting.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve recruitment effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent acquisition outcomes.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to measure and improve employee experience.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and culture-building events that support a high-performance workplace.
- Analyze employee engagement survey results and feedback data, identifying trends and recommending actionable improvement plans.
- Work closely with leaders and managers to implement engagement action plans and improve employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
- Support the design and implementation of initiatives that promote organizational culture, employee wellbeing, inclusion, and belonging.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, corporate governance requirements, and company policies throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee and recruitment information while adhering to data privacy requirements.
- Support policy implementation and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Ensure all recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes are aligned with Group standards, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human Resources with exposure to employee engagement activities.
