Based out of Montevideo, you will be a key player on our Americas recruitment team. While your primary focus will be delivering on our hiring strategy across the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region, your impact won't stop there. You will have plenty of opportunities to partner across geographies and drive global initiatives. You will team up with business leaders, coach them to think AI-first, and bring in the exact talent we need to move the dial. What you will do
Take the lead: Own our high-priority, complex hiring and onboarding initiatives across the LAC region, while teaming up with global partners to drive broader impact across Americas and beyond.
Team up to win: Collaborate with people business partners and business leaders. Coach them on regional market trends and smart sourcing strategies.
Champion an AI mindset: Guide our hiring managers to spot and attract top-tier professionals who think AI-first.
Steer the strategy: Shape hiring outcomes and push our teams toward operational excellence, using your expertise to guide decisions even when you do not have direct authority.
Tackle the tough roles: Build and execute creative ways to find niche, tech-forward, and hard-to-fill talent.
What you bring to the table
6+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record of handling complex or global searches.
The ability to thrive when operating independently. You know how to guide and influence senior leaders to make the right calls.
A history of coaching business leaders on modern talent strategies, successful onboarding and integration into the organization, and fresh ways to hire.
A sharp eye for tech industry trends, especially when it comes to evaluating talent with an AI-first mindset.
Hands-on experience using advanced sourcing tools, talent analytics, and Workday to optimize your pipelines.
