Sutherland is seeking a dynamic and intuitive person to join us as a Lead Talent Acquisition for our Refer Program. We are a group of energetic and hard-working individuals. Job Description

Oversee the referral program locally, planning and implementing strategies to generate leads and achieving talent supply to the demand:​​​​

  • Help plan the strategy for referral campaigns based on sourcing demand, providing feedback to management on areas of improvement 
  • Ensure the approvals for bonuses for each campaign. 
  • Responsible for the approval of the bonus payment with payroll 
  • Ensure each referred person has completed the requirements, such as tenure or metrics to proceed with the payment to the sponsor. 
  • Develop a strong understanding of the products and services offered by the company to align them to the referrals program. 
  • Plan and implement events for the program 
  • Attend all required training sessions with new hires to talk about referral program, conditions and benefits. 
  • Plan and manage the communication strategies of the program and participate in community events and other marketing initiatives 
  • Review and download the leads from each source, ensuring complete and accurate information, for example, name, phone number, email and sponsor. 
  • Upload leads information in the corresponding file for the sourcing team to start the process. 
  • Keep the sponsor with updated information about the process of each referred person. 

Qualifications

Required Skills: 

  • 3+ experience in recruitment and/or marketing and communications
  • Passion for learning new skills and growing with a team
  • Able to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives. 

Education/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s in psychology, communication, marketing, modern languages, philology, or Business Management is preferred but not required. 
  • +6 months of experience in BPO areas such as customer service, engagement, marketing, and communications, implementing and doing events, knowledge about vendors managements, reports generation etc.
