Core Talent Acquisition
- You'll personally carry a requisition load across field and administrative roles
- Own the full-cycle hiring process including requisition creation/approvals, job postings, recruitment marketing, qualification, assessment, interviewing, post-interview feedback, selection, closing, offers, background and reference checks
- Lead a lean Talent Acquisition team while fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment
Talent Funnel & Sourcing
- Run competitor-focused sourcing campaigns to identify and engage passive candidates at target companies, building pipelines that go well beyond active applicants
- Bring strong talent mapping skills to every search, building a clear picture of the market before diving into outreach and consistently pulling in top passive talent that others won't find
Business Partnerships
- Partner closely with leaders to understand market dynamics, build targeted hiring strategies, and act as a genuine specialist in the Garage Door talent space
- Build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers at all levels, influencing decisions and ensuring hiring strategies are tied directly to business outcomes
- Works closing with hiring managers to design job descriptions, improve interviewing skills and ensure lawful hiring practices
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless onboarding experience from offer acceptance through the first week, ensuring new hires feel welcomed, connected, and set up for success from day one
Technology, AI Innovation & Insights
- Manage the hiring process through GEM & Paylocity, ensuring clean data and keeping stakeholders informed at every stage
- Leverage recruiting tools, automation, and AI capabilities to improve sourcing effectiveness, track hiring progress, monitor funnel health, and drive data-informed hiring decisions to raise the bar on how talent is hired at Precision
- Analyze recruiting data and pipeline metrics to assess candidate pipeline health, hiring effectiveness, candidate experience and recommend adjustments and/or improvements
- Partner closely with the VP-HR to continuously evaluate, optimize, and evolve Precision’s talent acquisition tech stack by staying current on AI advancements and emerging hiring technologies that improve sourcing effectiveness, workflow efficiency, and candidate engagement
- Act as an AI-forward leader and steward, championing thoughtful adoption of emerging tools, technologies, and workflows while helping raise the overall level of AI fluency across the business by ensuring incoming talent demonstrates strong AI capability, curiosity, and responsible usage practices
Talent Strategy
- Partners with VP-HR, HR team & hiring managers to create and execute talent strategies that support future talent needs and contribute to company goals.
- Drive operational consistency by building scalable, unified recruiting processes and best practices that enhance the candidate experience and enable the business to efficiently identify and attract top talent.
Employer Brand
- In partnership with the VP-HR, develop and execute an employer brand strategy, programs and tools that aligns with our core values, supports our ability to attract best-in-class talent and positions Precision as an employer of choice
- Oversee the company’s career sites and employer marketing content
Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive full-cycle talent acquisition experience within high-growth company or agency with heavy sourcing emphasis
- Strong technical Talent Acquisition experience, with a proven ability to operate effectively as both a strategic partner and hands-on individual contributor while consistently maintaining an exceptionally high talent bar in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- AI/Agentic fluency with practical experience deploying LLM-powered workflows, agents/copilots and/or AI-first enabled software that materially improved business efficiency and hiring outcomes
- Comfortable using recruiting metrics and data to guide prioritization, improve hiring outcomes, and communicate progress to stakeholders

The base pay range for this role is $90,000 – $120,000 per year.
