Job Description SummaryAt GE Vernova, we don't just fill roles; we build the teams that power the world. We are looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as a high-impact advisor to our business leadership. You will be responsible for owning our most mission-critical searches and shaping the future of how we attract and win top-tier sales, business development, project management and product management talent.

Job Description

What You'll Do

Own Complex, High-Impact Searches

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for the organization's most complex, senior, or hard-to-fill Sales and Project Management roles, applying expert sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for complex offer negotiations, advising senior leaders directly on compensation strategy and market positioning.
  • Build and maintain deep talent pipelines and market intelligence for critical, niche, or executive-adjacent roles.

Shape Strategy and Set the Standard

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leaders, bringing market insight and data-driven recommendations that directly influence hiring and workforce strategy.
  • Translate recruitment metrics (source of hire, time to fill, pipeline conversion, and beyond) into strategic narratives that shape leadership decisions.
  • Define and continuously refine recruitment best practices, playbooks, and standards adopted across the broader Talent Acquisition team.
  • Mentor and coach other recruiters, elevating sourcing, screening, and advisory capability across the team — without formal management responsibility.

Drive Innovation and Represent the Brand

  • Champion Lean principles to redesign and optimize recruitment processes, identifying systemic opportunities for improvement across the function.
  • Serve as a visible brand ambassador for GE Vernova, representing the organization in external talent channels, communities, and forums to build long-term pipeline strength.
  • Pilot and evaluate new tools, platforms, and approaches (including Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered recruiting tools) and share learnings across the team.
  • Maintain candidate and requisition data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with full accuracy to support enterprise-level reporting.

About You

You're a seasoned recruiting expert who thrives on complexity, has earned the trust of senior leaders, and genuinely enjoys helping other recruiters grow — someone who leads through expertise and influence, not authority.

Required:

  • Expert level experience in full-cycle recruitment, including deep expertise in sourcing, complex offer negotiation, and executive/senior-stakeholder advisory.
  • Demonstrated experience advising senior and executive leaders on recruitment and workforce strategy.
  • Proven ability to translate complex recruitment data into strategic recommendations that influence organizational decisions.
  • Expert-level negotiation and stakeholder management skills, including experience leading the most complex offer discussions.
  • A degree isn't required for this role — we're most interested in your total experience and professional achievements in talent acquisition.

Preferred:

  • 8+ years experience recruiting for senior, executive, or highly specialized sales, business development, project management and product management roles in corporate and/or agency environments.
  • Experience designing or scaling recruitment processes, playbooks, or best practices adopted broadly across a team or function.
  • Advanced skill in prompt engineering and evaluating AI-powered recruiting tools for quality, relevance, and bias reduction.
