As a Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in attracting and hiring top talent across Stryker's EEMEA region. Partnering closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders, you will drive end-to-end recruitment, provide market insights, and influence hiring decisions to support business growth.
This role can be based in Istanbul, Turkey or Warsaw, Poland, and offers a flexible hybrid working model.
What will you do?
Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and leadership-level positions across the EEMEA region.
Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to develop effective hiring strategies and workforce plans.
Source, assess, and engage high-quality talent using a variety of sourcing methods and recruiting technologies.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while acting as an ambassador for the Stryker brand.
Provide market intelligence, recruitment best practices, and strategic hiring guidance to stakeholders.
Manage complex compensation discussions in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to regional or global Talent Acquisition projects.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations.
What will you need?
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of recruitment experience (in-house, agency, or RPO).
Experience recruiting professional-level talent.
Fluency in English and Turkish.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday).
Strong sourcing, assessment, and communication skills.
Preferred
Fluency in Russian is a plus.
Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions.
Experience managing complex or high-volume hiring projects.
Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization.
