Your role as a Lead/Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner is a full life cycle recruitment position responsible for partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to identify, attract and acquire top talent to support Stryker’s organizational needs.
This role can be based in Korea or Singapore. Due to market focus, fluency in Korean and English is a must.
This position will have a primary focus on leading hiring for our Korea market, with additional scope in recruiting for regional roles based in the wider East Asia region (Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia and Thailand)
While not all encompassing, this role’s key activities can be grouped into three main areas:
Recruit
- Use your strength and passion in finding candidates with advanced recruiting tools and techniques to acquire top talent
- Chart the course by defining and executing the best candidate attraction strategies
- Sharing compelling Stryker career opportunities based on the candidate’s motivation
- Conducting initial phone screens with candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit and present candidate match & value to hiring team
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout entire recruitment lifecycle
- Using market data and talent intelligence to influence and to provide insights into Talent Market
Advise & Lead
- Listen to and understand the needs of stakeholders
- Provide hiring teams guidance and consultation on recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends and best practices
- Influence hiring managers with market data that shapes recruitment approach and decision making
- Communicate consistently and proactively to ensure alignment and remove barriers
- Tactfully drive the hiring process
- Accurately manage candidate / requisition lifecycle in ATS for data integrity for reporting
Innovate and Improve
- Implement creative recruitment strategies for challenging markets and niche roles.
- Identify recruitment market trends, tools, technologies and best practices and share this information through the appropriate teams for assessment and adoption
- Utilization of state of the art Recruitment technology
- Advancement of TA capabilities through involvement in regional/global initiatives and projects
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma preferred
- 6+ years work experience, with at least 3 years of professional level full cycle In-house recruiting experience
- Skilled in leveraging multiple recruitment tools and technologies
- Exposure to hiring into multiple Asian countries preferred
- Business level fluency in Korean and English language is essential
