Job Description SummaryThe Lead System Engineer -Imaging Quality(IQ) Optimization is responsible for image quality parameter for ultrasound console that needs to meet clinical and safety requirements. Lead System Engineer is also responsible for system clinical evaluation with clinical marketing and optimize image quality, based on internal/external evaluation and customer feedback. Activities include requirements development, traceability and flow down, system design and analysis, FMEA, developing/executing System Verification and Validation test procedures.

GE헬스케어 초음파 생산 연구소(성남)에서 엔지니어를 채용합니다. 초음파 장비의 영상품질 최적화를 담당하는 시스템 엔지니어로서 이미지 품질 개발 및 평가를 담당하며 시스템 설계 및 분석, FMEA, 검증/확인 테스트 절차 등 전반적인 시스템 엔지니어 업무를 수행합니다. 전기전자/정보통신/컴퓨터공학/의료공학 등의 석박사경험이나 유관된 업무 경험이 있는 후보자를 우대하며 영어커뮤니케이션이 많아 영어 소통이 원활한 후보자를 우대합니다.

Job Responsibilities

• Research, develop, test and optimize image processing algorithms and software modules
• Developing methods to quantify subsystem interactions and their effects on image quality
• Working with customers, marketing and field personnel to define requirements
• System clinical evaluation with marketing and make the improvement based on evaluation results
• Working across functions and team boundaries to define, design, and implement the next generation of products

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or closely related field and 5+ years technical experience in technical discipline.
• Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or closely related field and 3+ years technical experience in technical discipline.
• Proficient in the use of software tools for analysis and simulation (C/C++/C#, Python, MATLAB, etc)
• Communicate speaking and writing in English
• Proven ability to develop timely and effective solutions for challenging design problems
• Demonstrated ability to pursue tasks to completion
• Broad exposure to HW/SW/Systems design, and technical depth in one or more engineering disciplines (Software, Electrical, etc.)
