Title: Lead, Release Management

Location: Bengaluru, India

Reporting to: BIS Support Manager

Kaseya’s Release Management team invites applications for the role of Lead, Release Management in Bengaluru, India. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and coordinate release management activities for all Kaseya enterprise business applications, including Oracle ERP, Oracle HCM and Salesforce. This position requires effective leadership, structured oversight of release processes, and collaboration with global IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful and efficient release events.

As Lead, Release Management, you will provide leadership in planning, executing, and reviewing release events for enterprise applications. You will oversee documentation, testing, approvals, and deployment coordination, ensuring that best practices are followed, and business continuity is maintained. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills and will foster an environment of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of release events for all enterprise business applications, working closely with IT and business stakeholders
  • Coordinate documentation and testing activities to ensure comprehensive release readiness and compliance with organizational standards
  • Manage approval processes and release windows, facilitating timely and controlled deployments
  • Oversee incident management related to release activities, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal impact on business operations
  • Conduct post-release reviews to assess outcomes, document lessons learned, and drive process improvements
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executive reporting on release status and results
  • Develop and update release management documentation, procedures, and best practices
  • Monitor key performance indicators and ensure the team meets or exceeds service level agreements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in release management or enterprise application support, with hands-on involvement in large-scale deployment activities as well as interacting with global, remote teams
  • Strong technical proficiency in enterprise business applications and release management methodologies
  • Exceptional communication skills, with ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences and facilitate stakeholder engagement
  • Flexibility to work shifts that align with global user base needs and participate in on-call support as required
