As Lead Supply Planner for Food on the Move (FOTM) and Hospitality, you’ll not only manage complex supply challenges but also play a key leadership role, deputising for the Supply and Demand Manager when needed and acting as a trusted advisor across the cluster. You’ll influence strategy, coach others, and lead critical planning activities that keep our supply chain agile and efficient. What you’ll do

  • Coach and mentor Supply and Demand Planners, providing guidance on complex issues and supporting their development.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliance and performance targets are met.
  • Lead coordination of peak supply planning and deputise for the Supply and Demand Manager when required.
  • Act as the conduit between compliance teams and planners to implement system and process improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by influencing strategies and sharing best practice across the supply chain.

  • Experienced in supply planning within a fast-moving environment, with strong analytical skills and Excel expertise.
  • A natural leader who can coach and support others while managing complex challenges.
  • Highly organised with a strategic mindset and the ability to anticipate and prioritise effectively.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, able to build collaborative relationships across multiple teams.
  • Resilient, proactive and passionate about food, with a ‘can do’ attitude and commitment to M&S values.
