Join us and become a key member of Glovo's KZ operations team! We offer a challenging and dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development.

The couriers are the key player in Glovo’s marketplace. We are looking for a Supply Growth Manager who will find the balance between creativity and data-driven objectivity in such a way that they carry out projects that seem impossible until they come true.

You will be in charge of providing data into the marketing initiatives of the courier growth team, from the moment the leads (courier candidates) see an advertisement till they register into our acquisition page and become couriers. Through analytics you will ensure that we always have the right amount of leads in every city.


BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

  • Be the owner of Operations P&L (courier cost, compensation cost, Materials etc.).
  • Define and implement processes for courier acquisition and courier funnel optimization, courier onboarding excellence, newbies quality, retention boosting and many more  from a data perspective: providing deep analytics, creating dashboards, bots, simulations and data models
  • Define the medium and long-term strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets
  • Create postmortem documents to analyze the results of each project and be able to easily replicate them in the rest of the countries
  • Improve our operations by achieving our ambitious targets
  • Hire, train, and mentor the team members
  • Build tools to speed up Local teams’ autonomy
  • Work with local providers and legal teams, to ensure the best-in-class operations in the region
  • Get feedback from our couriers and translate it into product and operations improvement
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
  • Give visibility using analytical reports to the main stakeholders of the project status and follow up on the next steps. Evaluate strategic opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Implement, standardize and execute processes across all cities

YOU HAVE:

  • 1+ years in a managerial role
  • The skills to manage the big picture and the smallest details
  • Bachelor in Business, Economics, Engineering, Project Management or any technological domain
  • Experience in KPIs tracking and creation and optimization expertise
  • Passionate about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
  • Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
  • Excel proficiency
  • Knowledge in SQL (is a plus!)
  • Results-oriented, autonomous and efficient
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker & Qlikview (is a plus!)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is a must)
  • Proactive, organized, and detail oriented
  • Leadership - you can motivate your teammates. You’re great at making tough decisions in a sea of ambiguity and keeping everyone on track
